چکیده

In this study, the effects of Protexin and artichoke extract (AE) were evaluated on performance oxidative stress chickens. Totally, 300 chicks divided into 4 groups that fed a basal diet, diet containing Protexin, AE, plus AE all over growing period. The growth indices measured weekly analyzed at 21 42 days age. At age, blood samples collected from concentrations liver enzymes, lipid profiles, antioxidant status in samples. Results showed weight gain (WG) was significantly higher feed conversion ratio (FCR) lower chickens received or comparison with control (P<0.05). Furthermore, addition can increase activity Glutathione peroxidase (GPx) total (TAS) respect to alone. triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (CHL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) high-density (HDL) levels aspartate transferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) show significant decrease get AE. conclusion, continuous utilization along broiler diets promote modulate broilers.
